This setting is available on the Security tab in Organisation Settings.
Only Administrators, Board Secretaries, and Chairs can enable or disable this setting.
By default, the setting is enabled.
To change the setting, select the toggle to turn it on or off.
Save changes
When enabled, BoardPro automatically removes annotations and previous versions of agenda papers when meeting minutes are confirmed, typically at the next meeting. This leaves a single final copy of the agenda, board pack, and minutes for the meeting.
