Occasionally, you may need to update a person's details or change their organisational role. You can make these changes from the People List.
Edit a Person's Details
Alternatively, select Edit from the context menu (three dots) beside their name.
Update the Person's Information
The following details can be updated:
Their name, including correcting a spelling mistake, adding a title or suffix, or updating a changed name. You can also review how their name will display in BoardPro.
Their position title within the organisation.
Their Board Member status by selecting the Board Member checkbox. This allows them to read confidential papers and appear as a Board Member in attendee lists.
Their access level, which controls what they can and cannot do in BoardPro.
Note:
For security reasons, you cannot update your own access level or status in BoardPro. Another Administrator, Board Secretary, or Chair must make these changes for you.
