BoardPro provides read receipts so you can see who has opened a published Board Pack.
The read receipt is displayed on the Meeting Details page, below the attendee list in the Meeting Documents section.
The read receipt displays the initials or profile photo of each person who has opened the Board Pack, in the order they first accessed it.
Hover over a user's initials or profile photo to view their full name.
You can also view the status of emails sent for the meeting, including meeting notifications and Board Pack notifications, under Email History.
FAQ's
Does a read receipt show how much of the Board Pack has been read?
No. A read receipt only shows who has opened the Board Pack. It does not show how many pages were viewed or how long the Board Pack was open.
What happens if I republish the Board Pack?
If you republish the Board Pack, read receipts from previous versions are retained.
How is a read receipt recorded?
A read receipt is recorded only when a user opens the Board Pack from a Board Pack notification email or from the Meeting page to view or annotate it.
Note:
Opening the PDF version of the Board Pack from the Meeting Documents section does not generate a read receipt.
Who can view read receipts?
Users on the People list with login access can view read receipts, except users with the Executive/Guest role.
Which subscription plans include read receipts?
Read receipts are available on all subscription plans.
Do read receipts work for past meetings?
Read receipts are not retrospective. They are recorded only for new Board Pack views after the feature becomes available. Read receipts are not available for confirmed past meetings.
Can I see who opened the Board Pack first?
Yes. Initials and profile photos are displayed in the order that users first opened the Board Pack.
