In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Documents, then select Governance Documents.
Find a document in Governance Documents
Use the Search box in the top-right corner of the page to quickly find a document.
Enter the document name or a keyword from the document title.
Review the search results.
The search results display any documents or folders that contain the keyword. This includes documents within folders you have access to, as well as any documents stored outside of folders.
File Filters
Documents in folders and those not assigned to a folder can be sorted using the "Sort" menu. Organise documents by Date, Title, or Person.
Click the arrow next to the selected sort option to change the sort order.
Date: Sort documents from newest to oldest, or oldest to newest.
Title: Sort documents alphabetically from A–Z or Z–A.
Person: Sort documents alphabetically from A–Z or Z–A.
