Select Documents on your side navigation bar and open your Meeting Documents tab.
This is where all the meetings are listed and where you can access the documents generated during them.
On this page, you can:
Look for a specific document
See all documents added to a meeting
Preview or Download the PDFs of the Agenda, Board Pack or Minutes
Note: Depending upon your Board's Constitution, the settings for Downloading and Printing may be turned off. If you cannot download or print it, please check with your Administrator and/or Chair.
The toggle to enable or disable this setting is found under Organisation --> General Settings.
