If your organisation is new to BoardPro, you might have an existing list of actions you want to add to your account. Follow these steps to import your action list and assign each action to an owner.
Create a meeting for a past date. Name the meeting "Action Item Import.
2. Remove all agenda items except for one standard item. Name it "Actions Imported from Previous Meetings.
3. Advance the meeting to the "Draft Minutes" stage by clicking "Publish Agenda" and then "Take Minutes." Enter each action one by one using the green "Action" minutes tool
4. Add a title, due date, assigned owner(s), and a description for each action.
5. Leave the meeting in the "Draft Minutes" stage, as it doesn’t need to be confirmed in a future meeting.
When you create an agenda using BoardPro’s Smart Agenda Item - Action List, outstanding actions will automatically appear in your agenda and board pack for review at your next meeting.
