When you enter your trial account for the first time, you have the option to set up your first meeting agenda or invite the people from your board.
Create your first agenda - Setup your first meeting and follow the prompts to build an AI-assisted agenda for the meeting. Topics you enter will be used by the AI assistant to build your first agenda. The agenda is editable and can be used again as a template later. Learn more about that here - Copy / Clone the agenda.
Invite others - You can add people to your board later whenever you are ready. Add People into BoardPro.
Click 'Start here' and follow the prompts to enter the details of your meeting and build an AI-assisted agenda template for the meeting.
Enter the topics of your meeting, and the agenda will be generated automatically for you, incorporating these topics OR you can choose from the other two options (Strategic or Best Practice) to use as templates of your agenda.
Click 'Next' to open the agenda page where you can view and edit the Draft Agenda.
On the left side you will see the agenda items grouped into sections. The right side panel displays the details of the current highlighted agenda item.
Continue editing the agenda as needed :
Sections can be moved around or removed (click the context menu next to each section ie: three dots). You can add from a selection of agenda section templates to give your agenda a focus - click '[+Section]'.

Each agenda item has a title, a purpose, a description, a presenter and a duration that you can edit.
Add a Supporting Document
Each agenda item will include an area for you to upload your board reports. Click or drop files from your local device into the 'Supporting Documents' area.
Publish the Agenda
When you are done building your agenda, click 'Publish Agenda' to generate the Board Pack. This will build a board pack incorporating all the documents you have uploaded into single PDF document for the board to interact with. No one will be notified that the pack is published. You control when to notify the board when the pack is ready.
