When you start your free trial, you'll see the option to create your first agenda. Click start here and add your meeting's date, Start Time, and Close Time.

Just look for the Add Meeting button and click on it.
In the box that opens:

  1. Select the date using the calendar icon

  2. Set a Start and Close time

Click Next, and then you can add in what topics you're going to cover in your meeting.

Or if you prefer, you can use one of our suggested templates.

This will open the Agenda page. On the left side are the agenda items and on the right side is the agenda card.

When you're drafting your agenda, it's broken up into sections and agenda items.

  • For sections, you can add or remove what you need, and we also have a resource centre of templates you can build from.

  • To each section you can add agenda items. When you click on an agenda item, the corresponding card opens on the right.

  • You can add a title, a purpose, a description, a presenter and a duration.

  • To move agenda items, you can easily drag and drop between agenda items, or select Move Up and Down from the right click menu of each agenda item here.

At the bottom of the agenda is BroadPro's Close Meeting agenda item. Here is where you can add an upcoming meeting.

Here is where you can add an upcoming meeting. Set the end time of the meeting and add any notes.

When you are done building your agenda, you'll generate the Board Pack by publishing your agenda.
