When creating an agenda for a new meeting, you can clone the agenda from a previous meeting to save time.
Note: You can only clone meetings within the same account. For example, you cannot clone a meeting from a board account to a committee account.
Most board meetings follow a similar agenda structure. Once you have created an agenda in BoardPro, you can clone it and use it as the starting point for future meetings.
From the Meetings page, click Build Agenda in the top-right corner
Select "Clone another Agenda".
Select the meeting you want to clone from the list.
You can also choose to clone the attendees from the meeting.
Note: Cloning attendees will replace the attendees currently assigned to the meeting. Leave this option unticked if you want to keep the existing attendees.

The presenter, description, purpose, and allocated time for each agenda item
