Private annotations are available on all BoardPro plans.
Premium and Ultimate plans include annotations automatically.
On the Essentials plan, Board Members can use annotations by opting in for each meeting.
The availability of annotations also depends on the meeting stage.

Published Agenda
Draft Minutes
Minutes in Review
To see what stage a meeting is in, open it from your Meetings page.
The current meeting stage is displayed in the top-right corner of the Meeting Details page.
To begin annotating your board pack, open the Board Pack menu and select View & Take Notes.
