You can change or add a new meeting location to the agenda from your meeting's details page. Click on the pencil icon next to the location.
Select a location from previously entered locations by clicking on the edit /pencil and selecting from the list. You can also add a new location from the end of the list.
You can make the new location the default by adding a tick in the Set as Default box.
When adding the new location, you add the time zone for that location.
If you choose a locale for the next meeting that is not the default, the start time will reflect the location's time zone.
Note: If your meetings are remote or an attendee will be signing in via an online platform (e.g., Zoom), you can enter the link to the Video URL field on your meeting page. The remote link will be added to your meeting's agenda and notification emails.
If your meeting will be remote only, you can tick the Remote meeting only box. That detail will also be added to your meeting's agenda and notification emails.
FAQ
Why does the meeting location show a time different from my area, even though I am in the same city? The meeting location reflects the time zone in which it was added. The example below shows that the meeting location is in Amsterdam, but the time zone is set for New Zealand. If this has happened, the time zone can be updated under Settings --> Meeting Locations.
