You can change or add a meeting location from the meeting’s details page.
1. Open the meeting.
2. Click the pencil icon next to Location.
3. Select an existing location from the list
or
Select Add a new location.
4. (Optional) Tick Set as default.
5. Select Save.
Important: If you select a location with a different time zone, the meeting start time will reflect that location’s time zone.
If you are adding a new location, enter the location name and select the correct time zone.
Add a video meeting link
If your meeting is remote or includes remote participants:
Enter the link in the Video URL field.
If there is no physical location, tick Remote meeting only.
Select Save.
Note: If your meetings are remote or an attendee will be signing in via an online platform (e.g., Zoom), you can enter the link to the Video URL field on your meeting page. The remote link will be added to your meeting's agenda and notification emails.
FAQ's
Why does the meeting location show a time different from my area, even though I am in the same city?
The meeting location reflects the time zone in which it was added. The example below shows that the meeting location is in Amsterdam, but the time zone is set for New Zealand. If this has happened, the time zone can be updated under Settings --> Meeting Locations.
