How to remove a meeting

Sometimes, we need to remove a meeting. Here's how:

  1. Open the meeting you want to delete.

  2. Click the three dots (more options icon) in the top right corner.

  3. Select "Delete Meeting" from the menu.

A confirmation box will appear, showing what else will be affected by deleting the meeting.

  1. Type "Delete" into the field.

  2. Click the red "Delete" button to confirm or "Cancel" to abort.

Note: Any documents associated with the meeting (including the Board Pack and minutes) will also be deleted.

If you have sent email notifications for this meeting, a prompt will appear asking if you'd like to send a Cancellation Notice. Tick the box and click "Proceed" to follow the steps for sending the email.

CAUTION: Deleting a meeting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Notes:

  • If the meeting minutes have been confirmed, the meeting cannot be deleted to maintain the integrity of the information.

  • If you delete a meeting where previous minutes were confirmed then the Minute Confirmation will also be reversed.
