How to delete a meeting
Open the meeting you want to delete.
Click the More options menu in the top-right corner.
Select Delete Meeting.
A confirmation window will appear showing what will be affected by deleting the meeting.
Type Delete into the confirmation field.
Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to stop the process.
Important:
Any documents associated with the meeting, including the Board Pack and minutes, will also be deleted.
Deleting a meeting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Send a cancellation notice
If email notifications have been sent for the meeting, you will be prompted to send a cancellation notice.
Tick the checkbox to send the cancellation notice.
Click Proceed.
Additional information
If the meeting minutes have been confirmed, the meeting cannot be deleted to maintain the integrity of the records.
If you delete a meeting linked to previously confirmed minutes, the minute confirmation will also be reversed.
