Sometimes, we need to remove a meeting. Here's how:
- Open the meeting you want to delete. 
- Click the three dots (more options icon) in the top right corner. 
- Select "Delete Meeting" from the menu. 
A confirmation box will appear, showing what else will be affected by deleting the meeting.
- Type "Delete" into the field. 
- Click the red "Delete" button to confirm or "Cancel" to abort. 
Note: Any documents associated with the meeting (including the Board Pack and minutes) will also be deleted.
CAUTION: Deleting a meeting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Note: If you have sent email notifications for this meeting, a prompt will appear asking if you'd like to send a Cancellation Notice. Tick the box and click "Proceed" to follow the steps for sending the email.
