If you are listed in more than one organisation, when you log into BoardPro you will land on your My BoardPro Dashboard page.
On this page are:
My Upcoming Meetings: A list of all upcoming meetings of any organisation you have login access to. Use the Past Meetings tab to review past meetings. Use the page controls at the bottom right to select the number of meetings to display per page.
Signature Required: See a list of documents awaiting your signature and sign them from this page.
Actions: A list of all current actions assigned to you from any of your organisations where you can update the status.
All Boards: A list of all organisations you have login access to, so you can filter your meetings on this page. You can also choose the date range to be displayed.
You can also click on your Boards menu on the left to easily switch between your organisations.
Sub-committees are under the main board.
If you do not have access to the main (or parent) board, it will be greyed out, but is displayed to avoid any confusion over which organisation the committee belongs to.
Tip:
If you are working in one organisation and want to open another, right-click the organisation name and select Open link in a new tab or Open link in a new window. This allows you to switch easily between them.
