Important: For security, only you—not an administrator—can change your email address or password.
How to Update Your Email Address
Click your user profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Settings.
Navigate to the Login and Security tab, then click Change email.
Enter your new email address, as well as your current BoardPro password, then click Continue to request the change.
A verification email will be sent to the new email. Open it and click Confirm Change to verify. If the button does not work you can copy and paste the link provided in the email into a brower tab - or contact Support for help.
You’ll then see a confirmation page in your browser, and shortly after, receive an email confirming the update.
You’ll be redirected to the login page—now sign in using your new email address.
