If a document is no longer required, you can remove it from an agenda item.
Navigate to the agenda item containing the document.
Select the More options menu (three dots) next to the document.
Select Delete.
In the confirmation window, select Delete to remove the document.
Note: If the board pack has been published and the document has previous versions or annotations, the confirmation window will warn you that these will also be deleted when the document is removed.
Once the document has been deleted, you need to republish the agenda for the update to appear in the board pack.
Alternative option: Add an updated version instead
Instead of deleting the document, you may prefer to add an updated version to the published board pack. This will keep any existing annotations and carry them over to the new version.
