Sections in agendas can be deleted until the minutes are confirmed.
If changes are made during the agenda stage, the agenda and board pack will reflect these changes when published. Similarly, if changes are made during the draft or approved minutes stage, the minutes will update automatically.
Delete a section
Navigate to the section you want to delete.
Click the Context menu (three dots) next to the section.
Select Delete.
A confirmation window will open, informing you of any items within the section, including:
Agenda items
Minutes
Documents
Annotations
You will then need to choose one of the following options:
Move them to a different section – Use the drop-down menu to select a new section.
Delete them along with the section – This removes all content within the section.
