Find my own Actions

Where to find your own Actions and how to print them.

Written by Rajit Theodore

Within a specific organisation

To keep track of your current Action items, select your organisation from the Boards menu and go to the Actions page from the left-hand navigation menu.

By default, only your Actions are shown. You can also select all Actions or Actions assigned to other people from the Owner menu at the top right.

Next to each name is the number of current Actions assigned to that person.

Click your name to view the list of Actions assigned to you. From here, you can:

  • See a description of the Action

  • View the Action Owners and Due Date

  • Update the Status (Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Cancelled, or Done)

  • View past updates and add a new written update

Admins, Chairs, and Board Secretaries can edit an Action using the context menu (three dots). For more information, see How to update an Action.

Click the context menu next to an Action to:

  • Add an update

  • Go to the meeting or minute where the Action was created

  • Edit the Action (Admins, Chairs, and Board Secretaries only)

  • Send a reminder email (Admins, Chairs, and Board Secretaries only)

Download your Actions

You can download and print the list of current Actions from the Actions page.

Click Export at the top right, then print the downloaded PDF.

Note:
Depending on your board’s constitution, the download and printing settings may be turned off. Please contact your administrator or Chair if you cannot download or print.

The setting can be enabled or disabled under Organisation > General Settings.

Multiple organisations

If you are a member of multiple boards, your My BoardPro Dashboard page, located in the top-left menu, displays all Actions assigned to you across each organisation.

Under the Actions tab, a red number indicates the total number of current Actions assigned to you.

You can also update the status of your Actions and add written updates from this page.
