Within a specific account

To keep track of your current Action items, select your account from the Boards menu and go to the Actions page on the left-hand navigation bar.

By default, only your actions are shown, but you can select all actions or actions for others from the Owner menu at the top right.

Next to each name will be the number of current actions assigned to that person.

Click on your name, and the list of actions assigned to you will be on the screen. From here, you can:

  1. See a description of the action

  2. The Action Owners and Due Date

  3. Update the Status (Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Cancelled, or Done)

  4. View any past updates and add a new written update to your action.

  5. Admins, Chairs, and Board Secretaries can edit an action via the context menu (three dots). For more information, please see How to update an Action.

To download** your actions:

You can download and print the list of current actions from your Actions page. Click on the Export button at the top right, and then print the downloaded PDF.

At this time, to download a list of your actions, you would need to go to each organisation and proceed as above.

Multiple Organisations:
If you are listed on multiple boards, your My BoardPro Dashboard page, which can be found at the top left menu, will list all actions assigned to you from each account.

  • Under the Actions tab, there will be a number in red of all current actions assigned to you.

  • You can update the status of your Actions from this page and also add written updates.

** Note: Depending on your Board's Constitution, the download and Printing settings may be turned off. Please check with your administrator or chair if you cannot download or print. The toggle to enable or disable this setting is found under Organisation --> General Settings.
