To gather feedback on your agenda, use the Email feature in BoardPro.
Send the draft agenda for review
Go to the Meeting Details page.
Select the Agenda tab.
Click Email to notify the Chair, CEO, or anyone else who needs to review the agenda.
When the pop-up box appears:
Choose recipients—Select who should receive the email. If someone doesn’t have access (marked as Invitation Pending or No Access), an asterisk (*) will appear next to their name, meaning they won’t receive the email. Emails can’t be sent to users with an Executive/Guest role.
Personalise your greeting – You can change the default "Hi" greeting and choose to include the recipient’s first name, last name, both, or none.
Add comments – Use the comment box to include any extra information you'd like to share.
Recipients will receive an email inviting them to review the draft agenda and provide feedback or suggestions.
