Remove Time from an Agenda Item

Remove the appointed time from an agenda item

To remove the time allocated to an agenda item:

  1. Click the agenda item.

  2. In the Duration section, remove the value in the Duration field.

You can remove the allocated time by:

  • Using the up and down arrows to reduce the time to zero.

  • Highlighting the value in the field and entering 0.

Once the time is removed, the allocated time displayed under the presenter on the left-hand side will also be removed.
