To remove time from an agenda item, click on the agenda item and go to the Duration section. Delete the time entered in the Duration field, and your changes will be saved.
Here, you can remove the time allocated for each agenda item by either:
Using the up and down arrows to adjust the time
Highlighting the number inside the box and typing in zero
Once the time is removed, the allocated time under the presenter on the left-hand side will also be removed.
