Once you’ve published an agenda, there may be situations where you need to force a republish to update elements not directly linked to the agenda.

Republishing the agenda will also create a new version of the Board Pack.

This can be useful for updating:

  • Logo changes

  • Organisation name changes

  • Attendee name changes

  • Copy of the minutes in the Board Pack

  • Copy of the Action List in the Board Pack

To republish, go to the Meeting page, locate the Agenda sub-menu in the top right, and click ‘Republish’.

Then, click "Republish Agenda". A confirmation message will let you know that the new copy of the board pack is ready.

Note:

  • Republishing can take 30 seconds to a few minutes, depending on the number of requests in the queue and the number of documents in the board pack.

  • Select "Email Board Pack" if you would like to notify your Board Members

  • Republishing is ONLY available in the Published Agenda stage and only to those with the correct level of access.

On the Meeting page, the published timestamp is updated to show the new time that the agenda was published and by whom.
