Roll back a meeting to an earlier stage
If you have accidentally started taking minutes or need to amend your agenda or Board Pack, you can roll the meeting back to an earlier stage.
BoardPro meetings progress through several stages, including Published Agenda, Draft Minutes, Minutes in Review, and Confirmed Minutes.
Rolling back allows you to return to an earlier stage without losing your meeting data.
Roll back from Draft Minutes to Published Agenda
There are two ways to roll back a meeting:
From the meeting page, open the More menu (three dots) in the top-right corner and select Published Agenda.
While editing the minutes, click Roll Back in the top-right corner.
A confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm to continue.
What happens when you roll back?
If you roll back after adding minutes, your minutes are not deleted.
Minutes remain associated with the meeting but are greyed out while the meeting is in the Published Agenda stage.
Agenda items and associated documents are also unaffected and remain part of the meeting.
To continue taking minutes, simply click Take Minutes. Your existing minutes will become available again.
Important information
You cannot roll back a Published Agenda to the draft agenda stage.
Publishing an agenda generates the Board Pack only. BoardPro does not automatically notify recipients, giving you full control over when notifications are sent.
You can continue editing the agenda after it has been published.
Rolling back does not undo changes made to meeting minutes. BoardPro maintains a single version of the minutes, so any saved changes remain in place.
Handling documents and annotations
Annotations on existing Board Pack documents are preserved when you roll back a meeting.
To ensure annotations are retained when replacing a document, upload the new version using the same filename as the original document.
