BoardPro simplifies the minute-taking process by allowing you to record key discussions and outcomes directly within the agenda. This allows you to stay organized and ensure nothing is missed.

When the meeting status is set to "Published Agenda", you can begin the meeting by clicking "Take Minutes" when you're ready to start.

A prompt will come up -click on the green Take Minutes button.

The meeting status will update to "Draft Minutes", and the page will open.

In this stage, you can add minutes to each agenda item.

  • Select an agenda item

  • Add minutes for that item

  • Minutes taken for each agenda item are displayed on the left-hand side, marked with an "M" followed by the number of minutes.

  • Any attachments added to the agenda item and included in the Board Pack will be indicated by a paperclip icon, with the number of attachments shown next to it.

If you've accidentally started taking minutes or need to change the meeting's agenda or Board Pack, you can roll it back to the Published Agenda stage.

Note:

Presenters and the time allocated for each agenda item in the Minute stage are hidden under the Show All dropdown menu.
