Add a link from your Governance Documents to your minutes

Occasionally, you may need to include a link for additional documents in your minutes as a reference. This guide will show you how to add a link to a file in the Governance Documents to your minutes.

First, open the file in your Governance Documents that you want to link to, and click 'Copy Link' from the top right

Then open the minutes from the meeting to which you want to add the link.

Click on the minute when you want to add the link to the relevant agenda item.

Type in your link text and click the link tool on the right.

In the window that opens, paste the link you copied earlier into the 'URL' field and click Save.

The last step is to save your Note/Minute. The link will appear in your minutes and open a new window when you click it.
