If you have accidentally updated the meeting status or need to make amendments to an agenda, you can roll the meeting back.
Rolling back the Draft Minutes to the Published Agenda
In BoardPro, this functionality provides an essential tool to revise agenda items efficiently while keeping your previously entered draft minutes intact.
Two ways to do this: Here’s how you can roll back a meeting step-by-step:
1. Go to the context menu (3 dots) on the top right of the agenda page and click on Published Agenda.
2. Or if within Draft Minutes click on Roll Back on the top right hand side
A pop up box will open asking for confirmation to roll back.
Whether by accident or design, if you find yourself back on the Published Agenda after adding any Minutes please note that they have not been lost or deleted. They are visible within the agenda simply moved to the background. During the rollback process, draft minutes are saved automatically, appear 'greyed out,' and locked to prevent editing. Once the meeting is moved forward to "Draft Minutes" stage again, your minutes reappear, allowing you to continue editing seamlessly.
You need only click on Take Minutes again and your minutes will once more become available. This ensures a seamless transition and allows you to pick up where you left off without losing any progress in minute-taking.
