You can use BoardPro's Meeting Document search to find quickly a keyword in the title of:
Documents attached to any agenda
Agenda items
Minutes
Actions
Decisions
How to search the meeting documents, agenda items and minutes
On the top navigation, go to Documents --> Meeting Documents.
In the Search box, type in the keywords you are looking for:
How things appear on the list:
Where the title of the document, agenda item or minute, the agenda item can be found, the meeting title and date the result comes from
The document file type is displayed
If it is an agenda title
If it is a minute, whether it is a Note, Decision or Action
Context Menu (Open Meeting, Preview or Download Agenda)
Clicking on different locations opens different areas
