How to update payment details or credit card information in BoardPro

Overview of payment updates

Only the Account Owner can update payment details in BoardPro. Payment updates are managed through the secure Billing Portal, which is accessible via your account settings. If you encounter issues such as a missing Billing tab or technical difficulties, alternative options are available.


Update payment details

To update your payment details or credit card information:

  1. Log in to your BoardPro account as the Account Owner

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Select the Billing tab

  4. Follow the prompts to enter your new credit card details

  5. Save your changes


Troubleshooting common issues

  • Missing Billing tab: If you do not see a Billing option, your organisation may not yet be on the new billing portal. Contact BoardPro support via live chat or support@boardpro.com to request a direct billing portal link

  • Pop-up blockers: If selecting Billing does not open the update window, disable your browser’s pop-up blocker and try again


Account owner responsibilities

  • Only the Account Owner can update payment details

  • Ensure billing and contact information is accurate and up to date
