How to add a guest to an agenda item as a presenter

Anyone listed in the Meeting Attendees can be selected as a presenter.

If a guest is not listed under Meeting Attendees (usually because they have not been added to the People List page) we suggest noting them in the Description field.

In both cases, the name(s) will appear directly under the title on the Agenda.
