Download and Print the Board Pack

How to print the entire board pack or individual documents/pages

Written by Vicki van Eeghem

BoardPro is designed to provide a secure and convenient way to access and review Board Packs online. To help protect confidential board information, organisations can restrict the downloading and printing of meeting documents.

We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader when printing PDFs, as it provides a wider range of printing options and settings.

The printing options available to you may vary depending on your default PDF reader, web browser, and printer configuration

Downloading the Board Pack

To download the Board Pack, click the Download icon in the top-right corner of the Board Pack viewer.

You will be presented with the following options:

  • Board Pack Only – Downloads a PDF of the Board Pack without any personal notes or annotations.

  • Board Pack with your Notes – Downloads a PDF of the Board Pack, including your personal notes and annotations.

Note: If the download option is unavailable, your organisation may have disabled downloading for security reasons. Contact your Administrator, Board Secretary, or Chair for assistance.

Once downloaded, you can follow the steps below to print.

Printing the Board Pack

We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader when printing PDFs, as it provides a wider range of printing options and settings.

  • The printing options available may vary depending on your PDF reader, web browser, and printer configuration.

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can choose to print:

  • The entire Board Pack (All Pages)

  • The current page

  • Individual pages

  • A specific range of pages

Select the printing option that best meets your requirements before sending the document to your printer.

Printing Limitations in BoardPro

BoardPro is designed primarily to securely view and review Board Packs online. As a result, some advanced printing features are not available within the platform.

Current limitations include:

  • Board Packs are generated in A4 format.

  • Printing specific pages directly from within BoardPro is not supported.

  • Customising PDFs, such as inserting blank pages, rearranging pages, or modifying the document structure, is not available within BoardPro.

If you need more advanced printing or PDF editing options, you can download the Board Pack and open it in a PDF application such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. These applications offer additional features for selecting pages, customising documents, and managing print settings.

If there are printing or PDF features you would like to see in BoardPro, we'd love to hear your feedback.
