When you log into BoardPro, on the bottom right-hand side of the screen you will notice the chat help icon.
When there are unread messages from us a red number is visible and the most recent message is displayed.
To clear the messages :
Click on the icon to open
Click on "Messages"
The list opens in order of the most recent message. Anything with a red dot beside it is unread.
Please click on a message to open and then on the top left click the back arrow to return you to the list. This will mark that message as read.
Do this for any unread message and the numbering and messaging reminders will be cleared. If this does not work please let BoardPro support know.
To close out of the Chat/Conversation box click on the "down arrow".
