What is an Account Owner?
The account owner is the person with the authority to make account and subscription decisions in BoardPro. The person who is the Account Owner is tagged on the People List page.
In case your Account Owner is also the contact for your subscription/invoices, please contact BoardPro support via the blue chat icon found on the lower right in BoardPro or email us at: support@boardpro.io so that we can update the contact information.
Changing the Account Owner
Only Accounts Owners can transfer ownership to another person on your board.
A new account owner is a person who has the access level of an Administrator, Chair or Board Secretary and they must have login access.
In Summary:
select who will become the Account Owner
Click on the context menu (3 dots) and then Make Account Owner
In the pop-up box enter Transfer then click on the Orange button
