A Meeting agenda can become lengthy and extensive. When a printed copy needs to be distributed or someone needs a quick view it can be very cumbersome.
BoardPro supports an option to view/download a simple/compressed agenda where only the agenda item titles are visible without the descriptions or the attached documents.
To access it:
On the Meeting Details Page and scroll down until "View the documents of this Meeting".
Click on Simple Agenda.
Download it by clicking on the download arrow on the top right of the preview.
NOTE: If you cannot see either the Print or the Download buttons on a preview or within BoardPro, it could be that the permission to do so has been disabled within your organisation.
Admins, Board Secretaries and Chairs can Enable or Disable this feature.
