How to log in with multi-factor authentication enabled

This article concerns logging in after enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA). If you haven't yet enabled MFA, refer to Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

The login process with multi-factor authentication varies depending on which authentication method you have enabled.

Logging in with authenticator app method:

With authentication via app, after submitting your email address and password, you will be prompted for a unique one-time verification code. Open your authenticator app on your phone and enter the code displayed under your BoardPro account, then click Verify.

If the correct verification code is entered, access to BoardPro will be granted. You will need to follow these steps every time you log in.

Logging in with email verification method:

With email verification, after submitting your email address and password, you will be prompted for a unique one-time verification code. Open your email inbox and enter the code emailed to you, then click Confirm. If for some reason you do not receive your verification code, you can choose Send new code.

If the correct verification code is entered, access to BoardPro will be granted. You will need to follow these steps every time you log in.
