How to log in with multi-factor authentication enabled

This article concerns logging in after enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA). If you haven't yet enabled MFA, please look at Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

The login process with multi-factor authentication varies depending on which authentication method you have enabled.

Logging in with the authenticator app method:

With authentication via app, you will be prompted for a unique one-time verification code after submitting your email address and password.

Open your phone's authenticator app, enter the code displayed under your BoardPro account, and click Verify.

If the correct verification code is entered, access to BoardPro will be granted. You must follow these steps every time you log in.

Logging in with email verification method:

With email verification, after submitting your email address and password, you will be prompted for a unique one-time verification code. You can open your email inbox and enter the code emailed to you, then click Confirm. You can send a new code if you do not receive your verification code.

If the correct verification code is entered, access to BoardPro will be granted. You must follow these steps every time you log in.
