Occasionally, you may need to provide temporary access to the Board Pack for a meeting to one-off guests or viewers that are not a member of your organisation in BoardPro. Follow these steps to share a direct link to the Board Pack via email.

On the Meeting page, open the Board Pack menu and click on Share with Others.

Enter the Name and Email Address of the person you want to share the Board Pack with and click Share. This will email an access link to that person.

You can select Preview beforehand if you want to see what they will see.

Once shared, that person will be listed under Shared with, which shows when the Board Pack was shared and when their access link will expire. Their link will automatically expire after 30 days.

You can come back to this menu at any time and click Reshare to send the link again, or click Revoke if you want to revoke access before the 30 day window ends.
