There are a couple of ways to reset a password -by asking the administrator to do it or requesting a new password yourself.

1. Administrators -on the People page click on the context menu (3 dots) and select Reset Password

A pop-up box will open to confirm that you have want to send a password reset email to the selected person.

The person will need then need to follow the steps directed in the email they receive.

2. To request a password reset yourself -from the login page click on Forgot your password.

  • Enter in the password that you use for BoardPro login and click Request password reset
