Every board or committee account includes a repository to store any reference documents the board may refer to from time to time and use in a meeting in the future.

The repository 'Governance Documents' area is located under Documents on the navigation bar. (Note: appears as 'Committee Documents' if you are in a committee account). The Administrator, Board Secretary and Chair roles can add documents to the repository.

BoardPro will accept most common file types that a governance board would use. Accepted file types: .csv, .doc, .docm, .docx, .dot, .dotm, .dotx, .em, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .msg, odp, .ods, .odt,.pdf, .png, potm, .potx, pps, ppsm, .ppt, .pptm .pptx, .rtf, twbx, .txt, .xls, .xlsb, .xlsm, .xlsx, .xlt and .xltx

  • accepted files up to 50MB each in size

  • You can add 10 files simultaneously at a time

  • You can as many documents into the repository as you need

You can add documents directly to your main folder, and you can also create subfolders.

You can drag and drop files and also move them to another folder by clicking the three-dot menu next to each file.
