Important:
For security reasons, only you can change your email address or password. These changes cannot be made by an administrator on your behalf.
If an email address has previously been used by another person on your board (for example, cfo@), it cannot be reused for a different user account.
How to Update Your Email Address
Click your user profile icon in the top right, then select Settings.
Navigate to the Login and Security tab, then click Change email.
Enter your new email address and current BoardPro password, then click Continue to request the email address change.
A verification email will be sent to your new email address. Open the email and click Confirm Change to verify the update.
If the Confirm Change button does not work, copy and paste the verification link from the email into your browser's address bar instead.
Once verified, a confirmation page will open in your browser. You'll also receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards confirming the update.
You’ll be redirected to the login page—now sign in using your new email address.
Important
BoardPro works best when each person has their own unique email address. We recommend using a personal email address for each account and avoiding shared or role-based email addresses (such as treasurer@ or president@). Shared email addresses can create access issues when roles change and may affect the integrity of historical records.
If your email address is updated, please promptly verify the change to ensure uninterrupted access to your account.
