To use the Governance Documents to link additional reading/appendices for Board packs to an agenda:
Add a Folder in the Governance Documents
Upload a document to the folder
Click on the three dots at the end and click Copy Link
You can paste the link into the description field of an agenda item using the link button.
Or, if you prefer not to add the link to an agenda item, you can paste it into the Meeting Notes field on your Meeting Details page. Add your link text, highlight it, and open the link tool on the right.
Paste the link into the URL field and click save.
This is how your link will appear in your Agenda.
