Action Item List
The Action Item List automatically displays open action items from previous meetings, making it easy to review outstanding actions and track progress.
Board members can monitor action status, and action owners can provide updates directly within BoardPro.
Confirm Minutes
The Confirm Minutes Smart Agenda Item automatically includes the minutes from a previous meeting in the current meeting agenda and board pack for confirmation.
Once the minutes have been confirmed, the original meeting is marked as confirmed and the minutes become read-only.
Interests Register
The Interests Register Smart Agenda Item automatically includes the current Interests Register in the board pack, ensuring board members have visibility of declared interests before and during the meeting.
During the meeting, the Chair can request updates to declared interests. The register can be updated in real time by the minute taker or any board member with the appropriate permissions.
