When the draft agenda is finished and you are ready to publish it and build the board pack, there are two places to do this from:

On the Meeting Details page click on "Publish Agenda". 

Or publish the agenda directly from within the agenda:

The confirmation box will appear with the options to: 

  1. Review the Board Pack 

  2. Email the Board Pack

  3. " x" out of the box or Close.  (If you select either of these you can email out the Board Pack when you choose)

You can now move onto taking minutes or if changes are necessary Edit a Published Agenda

Note: Only the person who has Published the Agenda will receive an email confirmation once the board pack is ready. You will still need to email out the Board Pack to your Board Members.
