Once you've chosen your plan you can start your subscription from the 'Buy Now' banner at the top of your page in BoardPro.
The 'Buy Now' banner is dismissible so if its not there you can also start your subscription from your top right personal menu, under 'My Organisations'.
Note - only the listed account owner on your People page can do this step.
The Checkout Process
Once you check out select your industry. If you are a non profit its important to select 'Nonprofit' as your industry and add in your annual expenses so you can qualify for a discount.
You'll then be taken to a page where you can select you plan, compare plan feature and add any committees or optional 'on-boarding' getting started packages to help you get up and running with BoardPro.
Payment
The last checkout page will ask you to add your credit card payment details.
Once that's done you've completed the checkout process!

Will my data come across from my free trial?
Yes! All of your free trial data will carry over into your paid account
Can I pay by invoice?

Your free trial is for 30 days.
What plan is the Free trial on?
The free trial is on the Premium plan
How can I cancel my free trial?
Your free trial will close after 30 day, you can also contact us via chat or email support@boardpro.com if you'd like it closed sooner.
Can I add a committee in my free trial
Yes you can add a committee from your committees page to your free trial. When you checkout your committee will be added to your total at checkout.
I have a quote from one of BoardPro's Sales Team how should I proceed?
If you have been talking to a Sales Team Member and have a special quote, please email them directly, and they will help guide your through the process.
Can I add our organisation's account emails as a CC's to the billing information?
Yes, you will be able to add additional email addresses at checkout.
