How to add a presenter to an Agenda Item

When the agenda is in the Draft Agenda stage you can add a presenter to an Agenda Item.

Click on the edit/pencil and select a name from the list or type a name into the search box. 

Can't find them in the list?
Only meeting attendees not apologies are in the presenter's list.

To display a presenter not currently in the list:

  1. Add their name to the attendees list (see Missing Attendees?)

  2. Write their name in the purpose field. 

NOTE:  Currently the presenter box can only display one name. If there is more than one presenter or they are a guest of the meeting write their name in the purpose field.

In both cases the name(s) will appear directly under the title on the preview or downloaded Agenda.
