If you have forgotten your password, there is a simple process to reset it.
Password setup for first-time users involves an email invitation from the administrator to set up their credentials securely. Following the guidelines in the email ensures users can complete their initial login without issues.
On the login page, look for Forgot your Password. The forgot password link is just below the login button. Alternatively, you can directly go to the login page at app.boardpro.io.
Enter your email address (the one you use to access BoardPro) and click Continue. Make sure to double-check the email address you entered, and if you do not receive the verification code, check your spam or junk folders.
You will then be emailed a verification code. Please check your inbox and then enter the code on the page. Enter the verification code from the email and click Continue. If you encounter issues with the verification code, confirm you accessed the email from your registered address and that the code hasn't expired.
If the verification code is correct, you can now enter a new password. Click Continue to confirm the password change. For better security, it is advised to use unique, strong passwords and avoid reusing them across other platforms.
