If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Forgot your Password option on the BoardPro login page. Alternatively, you can directly go to the login page at app.boardpro.io.
If you are logging in to BoardPro for the first time, you will receive an invitation email from your administrator to set up your password and complete your account setup.
Enter the email address you use to access BoardPro, then select Continue.
Tip:
Double-check that you have entered the correct email address. If you do not receive the verification code, check your spam or junk folder.
A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code on the verification page, then select Continue.
Note:
If the verification code does not work, confirm you are using the email address registered with your BoardPro account and that the code has not expired.
Enter your new password, then select Continue to save the change.
Tip:
Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for other online accounts.
