How to copy a Governance Document to an Agenda Item

To attach a Governance Document to an agenda item: click on the Agenda item

Click on Governance Doc -a pop-up box will open. 

  1. Scroll through recently opened documents in the Governance Registry or 

  2. Use the search box to find it faster.

Note: Any documents that are in a restricted folder cannot be added to the agenda item from this route. You would need to upload it into BoardPro.
