To attach a governance document to an agenda item:
Open the relevant agenda item.
Select Governance Doc.
In the dialogue that appears, either:
Browse recently accessed documents from the Governance Registry, or
Use the search field to find a specific document.
Select the governance document you want to attach.
Save your changes.
Note: Documents stored in restricted folders within the Governance Registry cannot be attached to agenda items using this method. As an alternative, you can add a link to the governance document in the agenda item's description field or upload the document directly as a standard attachment.
