If a person is having trouble registering with BoardPro, it could be that some of the steps have been missed. In this article, we will troubleshoot some of the most common reasons a person cannot register.
Expired Invitation:
If an invitation was sent out more than 30 days ago, it is no longer valid. The Administrator of the organisation will need to Resend an Invitation to the person.
Registration Page:
There are three important steps before registering. If any of the steps are missed or the passwords do not match, the person will not be able to register.
1. Create a password (Required): The password must contain at least 1 number, 1 Capital letter, and one lowercase letter and be at least eight characters long. A tick will appear next to each completed requirement, and any not done will be in red.
2. Re-enter the password (Required): If this step is missed or does not match the password, it will be highlighted with red text. Hint: Click on the "eye" at the end of both the Password and the Re-enter Password to ensure the text matches.
3. Tick the box to accept the End User License (mandatory). Located at the bottom of the Registration page, this box must be ticked before you can complete registration. If this step is missed, the text will be highlighted in red. Click on the box for a tick to appear. You can also opt in to email updates from BoardPro (optional).
Once you have completed all the above steps, click on Activate My account to log in.
If you have done all of the above and are still having issues with registering, please contact BoardPro Support: support@boardpro.io
