Note: only the 'Chair, Administrator and Board Secretary' access roles can manage the committee page within the subscription.

Committees are managed in their own dedicated sub-account from the board. While they are nested under the main board and have the same features as the board, they are stand-alone, so there is no crossover between meetings, actions and decisions, or documents.

The people in the committees are separate from the main board. Committee Members cannot access the board's information, and the board cannot access the committee.

You can Import People (plus their interests) from the main board into the Committee and also add external people.

You can add as many committees to your subscription as needed.

Note : There is an extra flat-rate cost for each committee added onto your subscription.

You can view your organisation's active committees on the 'Committees' page on your main menu.

Select the committee you want to see, or contact your organisation's Account Owner to request access to a Committee.

Please get in touch with your Account Owner or BoardPro Support for more information on adding or trying out a committee.
