BoardPro gives you full control over when Board Pack notifications are sent. Publishing a Board Pack does not automatically notify recipients. You must send the notification manually.
Publish the Board Pack
If your agenda has not yet been published, click Publish Agenda after completing the draft agenda.
You can also publish the agenda from within the agenda.
BoardPro will automatically begin generating the Board Pack.
Publishing a Board Pack does not automatically notify Board Members. You must manually send the Board Pack notification.
When the confirmation window appears, click Email Board Pack to send the notification immediately or Review Board Pack to review the pack without emailing a notification.
Send or resend the Board Pack notification
If your agenda has already been published, select Board Pack > Email.
Choose the recipients, add a greeting or comment if required, then click Send.
Use this same process to resend a Board Pack notification after republishing an updated Board Pack.
Email a Board pack notification
In the email window you can:
Choose who will receive the email. Board Members are selected by default. Select the drop-down list to choose from all people on your board.
Personalise the greeting. The default greeting is "Hello," but you can enter your own greeting and choose whether to include the recipient's first name, last name, both, or neither.
Add additional comments.
View when the notification was sent and who sent it.
People without login access cannot receive a Board Pack notification.
People with Executive/Guest access also cannot receive Board Pack notifications because they do not have permission to access Board Pack documents.

Use Email History to verify who has been sent the Board Pack notification and view the delivery status.
FAQs
Does BoardPro email the entire Board Pack?
No. BoardPro sends a notification that the Board Pack is available. The notification contains a secure link that allows recipients to log in and access the Board Pack online.
How can I share the Board Pack with people on my People page who do not have login access?
If a person is listed on your People page but does not have login access, the Board Pack notification cannot be sent through BoardPro.
You can either:
Download the Board Pack and send it outside BoardPro.
Resend their invitation, then resend the Board Pack notification once they have access.
Can I share the Board Pack with people who are not on the People page or with someone who has Executive/Guest access?
Yes. Use the Share Board Pack option.
If I republish a Board Pack, do I need to resend the notification?
This is optional but recommended if recipients need to be notified of the updated Board Pack.
Follow the same process used to send the original notification.
Important: Any annotations or notes made by users will carry over to the republished Board Pack, provided the original document and the agenda item linked to it have not been deleted.
