Understanding Committee Costs
BoardPro allows users to add committees to their subscription, offering flexible pricing designed for both commercial entities and non-profit organizations (NFPs). The cost to add a committee depends on the type of organization and applicable taxes.
Add a Committee
Go to your main board account and navigate to the 'Organisation' tab on the navigation menu. Select 'Committees' from the sub-menu.
Click '+ Create New'
Enter the Committee name and select 'Create'
A dialogue will display the pro-rated charge for the committee and a preview of your billing renewal.
You have the option to 'Confirm Payment' or 'Try for Free'. Pro-rata charges will apply if you add a committee during your subscription, with the exact amount displayed at checkout.
Confirm Payment
You will be charged the prorated amount immediately and the number of committee licences on your subscription will automatically increase to match the number of committees on your account.
Once created, you can import people (and their interests) from the board into the newly created committee.
Try for Free
You can try out the fully functional committee for a 10-day period with no charge. This grace period allows you to test the committee and delete it without incurring costs if you decide not to proceed. A licence management notice will appear during this period.
When you are ready, click 'Add more licences' to update your subscription with the appropriate number of licences to keep your new committee active.

Deleting a committee won’t automatically reduce the number of licences on your subscription.
